01What information do you need to quote?+
Send the pack type and dimensions, label size and material, quantity, application position, current condition of the goods, required finish and timing. Photos, artwork and representative samples help us assess the work accurately.
02Can you help with urgent relabelling or stock corrections?+
Yes—start by telling us what has changed, how much stock is affected and the date it needs to be ready. We will confirm whether the format, materials and timing are workable before proposing a route.
03Do you handle both small and repeat runs?+
Stockholm supports project-led work. Suitability depends on pack format, method, materials, quantity and timing, so we assess each run on its own requirements rather than forcing it into a standard package.
04Can labels and packing be combined?+
Yes. A project can be planned around label application, pack make-up, inspection, case packing and dispatch preparation where those stages are appropriate to the brief.
05How do you agree the finished standard?+
We clarify the brief, materials, label position and presentation requirement first. Where useful, a representative trial or approved reference is agreed before the main run, followed by checks during production.
06What should I avoid sending through the form?+
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Use the first enquiry to outline the job; we can then confirm a suitable route for artwork, specifications and samples.

Approve the label on the finished pack
A useful contract labelling brief shows the finished pack from the front, back and side, with a reference for label height, orientation and acceptable skew. Include the exact artwork revision and identify which existing information must remain visible. For overlabelling, show the area to cover and ask for a sample using the real container and label stock before approving the run.
Barcode position deserves its own check. A seam, tight curve or fold can interrupt the symbol, and its clear surrounding space needs to remain free of print and packaging features. Agree whether the job needs a scan check, formal barcode verification, or both. A successful scan alone does not provide a barcode quality grade.
Supply the label dimensions, adhesive specification and roll details, then separate quantities by artwork and pack variant. Tell Stockholm how the product is stored and handled, including chilled conditions or surface moisture where relevant. Finish the brief with an approved sample, the checks to record during production and instructions for segregating packs that need review. These details make quotations and release decisions easier to compare.
Can a replacement label cover an existing barcode?
Specify which barcode the finished pack must present and which must be obscured. Check the applied replacement on the actual pack so unwanted codes, edges or show-through do not undermine the agreed result.
Is a barcode scan the same as verification?
No. A scan tests whether a particular reader decodes the symbol. Verification measures barcode quality against defined criteria and provides a grade; state the required checking method in the brief.
What should be controlled in a relabelling job?
Define the approved artwork, product variants and which existing labels are removed, covered or retained. Provide representative packs so placement and the finished appearance can be agreed. Include a method for separating variants and reconciling label quantities, then confirm the checks used before finished stock is released.
